John Scott Moore

President, CIO & Co-Founder

Scott studied Court Reporting Technology at the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology, and provided court reporting services for J.G. Moore & Associates. He subsequently held various consulting roles with Telus Websolutions, management roles with Service Intelligence, and was a senior project manager for identity management deployments with Hitachi-ID. Scott designed, developed and deployed the platform UTFx™ Enterprise Transcript Management.

Garry studied court reporting in Los Angeles and went on to be appointed Senior Examiner for the Court of Queen’s Bench of Alberta. Garry established the Court Reporting Technology program at the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology and was Program Director for its first five years. In 1977, Garry established the first private court reporting company in Alberta, J.G. Moore & Associates Ltd. which provided court reporting services for the Federal Courts of Canada and the courts in Alberta, Yukon, NWT, British Columbia and Saskatchewan and for over thirty-five years.


Martin Gough

Chief Risk Officer

With over thirty-five years of project experience in oil and gas, infrastructure development, nuclear power, utility and industrial and commercial development, Martin's expertise includes the planning of projects ranging from bitumen recovery plants to sustainable building design. He has taught project management for the University of Calgary and the University of Alberta at both undergraduate and graduate levels. Martin is currently engaged in enterprise and project risk management for large scale IT, energy and infrastructure development.
